Homemade Pumpkin Spice
- 3 Tbs. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg
- 2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients until uniformly combined. Use as desired. The remaining spice blend will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months.
